We charge for people's time and for things that cost us money. A store runs on services we pay for every month: your product photos are stored and served from our image network, live stock and prices load as people browse, and every order sends emails to you and your customer. When an order goes wrong, someone on our team helps. That's what the price covers. What we don't charge is a cut of your sales.

• No platform fee on your sales. Stripe's own card fees still apply.
• Billed with your plan, monthly or yearly to match it.
• Cancel any time. Ask us to switch it off and it comes off your bill.

Is it per site?

Yes. Each site that sells online has its own Store.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. You connect your own, and customer payments go straight to it. We never hold your money.

What can't it do yet?

Customer accounts, subscriptions, gift cards and digital downloads aren't part of Store yet.
