We charge for people's time and for things that cost us money. Your calendars are checked against Airbnb and Vrbo every 15 minutes, day and night, and again before every checkout, so no one books a night that's gone. That runs around the clock, and it needs a person when a calendar misbehaves. The price covers that and nothing else. We take no fee on your bookings.

Is it per site?

Yes. One price covers up to 5 listings on a site.

Is it a property management system?

No. There's no guest messaging, channel manager or cleaning schedule. It's a calendar, pricing, checkout and a list of reservations.

Do I need a plan?

Yes. Bookings is an add-on to a Studio plan, and your listing pages are ordinary pages on your site.
