Forms Pro: forms that take files, signatures and payments.

Forms Pro adds file uploads, e-signatures, payments and connections to other tools to the forms in Studio. It's for businesses whose forms need to collect more than a name and a message.

What do you get?

  • File uploads on any form, stored for you
  • A signature field for agreements and consent
  • Payments in a form: a fixed amount, a calculated total or a choice of products
  • Entries sent to HubSpot, Mailchimp or Slack
  • Entries sent to a webhook, for the tools we don't connect directly

How does it work?

  1. 1Build your form in Studio, by hand or by asking the AI.
  2. 2Add a file, signature or payment field, or connect a tool.
  3. 3Publish. Entries land in your inbox and wherever you've sent them.

Why does it cost extra?

We charge for people's time and for things that cost us money. Uploaded files and signed agreements have to be stored and kept safe. Payments need processing set up and someone to help when one goes wrong. Each connection to another tool is something we maintain when the other side changes. Those are what Forms Pro covers. Conditional logic and the submissions inbox cost us nothing extra to run, so they stay free.
